Individual consultation is focused on supporting health care providers with case consultations, bias identification and implementation of LGBTQIA+ best practices.
Organizational/Business consultation
• Organizational and business consultation is focused on supporting health care organizations and agencies to improve LGBTQIA+ competency as a provider and employer
• Services under this consultation level includes but is not limited to: policy review and recommendations, training curriculum for onboarding/on-going development and case consultations.
• Standard workshops are available under this service as well as customized workshops tailored to the organizational need.
